A One–Hour Ticket Response Time Guarantee
All your support requests will be attended to in maximum 60 minutes after the ticket or e–mail is submitted. If your issue requires additional assistance from a server admin, we will direct the ticket or the e–mail to the person on duty, in a timely manner then leave a note to inform you that more time will be required for reaching a solution. And if you make use of the Optional Admin Services package, any of the server administration tasks included there will be completed whenever you desire.

If you require any help with our Online Control Panel or with any of the applications that we’ve preinstalled on the dedicated server on your behalf, don’t hesitate to reach our customer support staff at any time via the ticketing system. What’s more, should you need assistance managing your server, you can make use of our Optional Admin Services package, that includes OS updates every week, software installation and troubleshooting procedures, server monitoring and restarting services, backup storage space, etcetera.
